Open Position

Intern / Trainee / Student

Dr. Kalliwoda Research offers interesting practical training for economic students. Based on our practical course program you have the chance to learn about our activities theoretically as well as practically and you support our analysts with the production of their research. You get an inside view of the enterprise analysis and evaluation approach. You prepare and participate in interviews with clients. You maintain Excel spreadsheets which serve as a data base for company estimations. You participate in the development of our analysis models / tools.

You should join us if you have a pre-diploma, are committed to your work and have a strong interest in enterprise analysis and financial markets.

Analysts, German-speaking markets & Western Europe

Dr. Kalliwoda Research provides high-quality primary research in the European and German market segments and in different industries. We're looking for experienced analysts, qualified college graduates or specialists from a different field (computer scientist, economist, biochemist, engineer).

Requirements: University degree or comparable professional education. Trained analyst (DVFA, CEFA, CFA or comparable). Good understanding of equities and financial markets. Very good English. Independent and team-oriented.

Analysts, Polish-speaking markets & Eastern Europe

Equity research, cash-flow analysis, valuation work, earnings estimates, bond research, roadshow participation, and conference preparation. Coverage includes fundamental analysis, DCF, sum-of-the-parts, peer group analysis and M&A services.

Sales & Bond Commentaries / Roadshow Acquisition

Prepare roadshows, forecast equity and bond prices, present market developments. We're looking for specialists with at least 2 years of experience, ideally chartered accountants or capital market advisors with placement experience.

Languages: Excellent English required; French / Spanish advantageous.

Capital Markets Consulting

Advise clients on market strategy, financing strategies, and corporate transactions including M&A and spin-offs. We're hiring experienced capital market advisors with banking or auditing background, and qualified young professionals.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as an accountant or financial adviser; strong communication skills; performance-oriented.

Investor Relations Consulting

Advise clients on their investor-relations strategy independent of banks. Optimise communication tools, websites, presentations, and arrange media contacts. We're hiring experienced IR consultants and qualified young professionals.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience; strong communication; performance-oriented.

Back Office / Secretary

Maintain our databases and organise roadshows. We're open to job beginners, possible education as research analyst in our research house.

Requirements: Good MS Office abilities; good communication skills.
